At this young age, children respond well when grown ups dance with them! Having parents involved, allows the child to feel safe in a new environment as they are introduced to new things. In addition, it provides a unique bonding opportunity for parent and child to dance together. Children are led through brain stimulating activities, gentle stretches and imaginative movement games. Grown ups, be prepared for a light workout.
