Somer Lowery

Somer Lowery has travelled all over Latin America. Her adventures have included paddling down the Amazon River in Peru, tango dancing in Buenos Aires, working with a youth orchestra in El Salvador and working on her tan in the Dominican Republic. It was on her travels that she first began learning Spanish and developed a passion for Latin American culture, dance, music and of course, food! Somer has a background in theater and spent some years performing, directing and producing live stage productions before falling into her current career managing educational programs for kids. When she's not teaching Spanish at ArtBeast, you might find her around town teaching Kundalini Yoga. And if you still don't catch her...she is probably at the park chasing her very active toddler, Santo Miguel.
